  • Do you accept Direct Billing?
    Yes, your treatments are worry free as we offer direct billing to several major insurance companies.   • Is your Clinic Accessible?
    Our Clinic has been designed with intent and optimized for universal design with accessibility & sensory control features. Our space includes private treatment rooms, barrier free washrooms, large hallways etc.
  • Does your clinic have free parking?
    Elevate parking is free. We do have 5 designated spots that we share with Synaptic. You are able to park anywhere in the parking lot for free.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Please note: We require 24 hours’ notice prior to an appointment cancellation. There will be a charge for appointments missed without proper notification.
  • Are you an Authorized WCB Provider?
    Elevate is an Authorized WCB provider for Physiotherapy and Acupuncture. Please inform us at time of booking if you think your injury is work related.
  • Why is Elevate a registered non-profit?
    Elevate was created to support and promote the mission of Synaptic Spinal Cord Injury and Neuro Rehab. Through the use of Elevate’s services you are directly supporting those living with spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions.
