4 weeks starting Oct 1st | Wednesdays and Fridays at 12pm

This specialized 4-week program is designed for individuals who are a minimum of 6 weeks post- total hip replacement and have received clearance from both their Doctor and physical therapist to begin progressive exercise. However, it is also suitable for someone who may be several months post surgery looking to gain overall  strength, balance and focused core stability.

By combining the core-stabilizing, controlled movement principles of Pilates with the muscle-building benefits of strength training, this program focuses on improving hip function, enhancing balance, and building overall strength for daily life.

Important: This is a general program. Always follow your medical team’s advice, respect your hip precautions, and never push into pain.
